The APPL/PP-80 GF PP Tape Fibrillating Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around an 80 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 250 Kgs/Hrs. It is the high-speed GF model in our PP tape fibrillating range, delivering output well above its extrusion size for units that need volume from a compact line.
The machine melts and extrudes polypropylene through a die to form a flat tape, which is then stretched and fibrillated in a hot air oven to produce fibrillated yarn. Steady extrusion performance keeps tape width and thickness consistent through the run, supporting reliable operation and predictable output.
Controls are laid out for easy operation, so operators can set and repeat process parameters with minimal effort, and the mechanical layout keeps maintenance manageable.
