Aawadkrupa Plastomech is pioneer and front runner as a Manufacturer & Exporter of wide range of "Plastic Extrusion Plants, Ring Twisters & Rope Making Machineries" in India since year 1996 by employing young ambitious professionally managed team of engineers. In the year 2000 company started manufacturing of monofilament extrusion plant & the entire turnkey project for plastic rope factory. Then after we established another company named "Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd.", in year 2005. As the neighbouring factory of "Aawadkrupa Plastomech" by expanding our production capacity & manufacturing facilities.The company today is an ISO 9001 : 2015 , 45001 : 2018 , CE & One Star Export House certified.
We have one of the best and most modern Machine Shop with many Machineries like VMC, Double column VMC, CNC machine, Induction Harding Machine, Laser Cutting Machine department, Messer-Plasma cutter, Hobbin machine, Sand Blasting, Powder Coating, etc... We have in-house facility for R & D We are manufacturing world class quality branded equipments with help of our core engineering team.

Infrastructure

We have ultra modern infrastructure spanning in 8,20,000 sq.ft. land area with 1,54,100 sq.ft constructed area 4,500 sq.ft., office building situated near Bhavnagar. In-house world class manufacturing facilities to give customer satisfaction through consistency in quality. Our growth through technological advancement has been key factor in the company's growth in this ever changing competitive market environment.

• 1. Extrusion Line :-Machineries for Making of Monofilament, Dan line, Pet Monofilament, Pet Strap, Raffia Tape, Plastic Granules, Shade net, Embroidery Threads, Fishing Twine & Nets, scrubber net, Packaging Strap, Industrial Ropes etc.
• 2. Winding Machine :-Machine Like Bobbin Winder, Pineapple Winder, Online Ring Winder, Online Ring Twister, Accumulator, Servo Strap Winder, Jumbo Cheese Winder & Fishing Winder are used to Wind The Thread / Strap / Tape from extrusion
• 3. Twisting Machine :-Machineries Includes Rope Making Machine, Ply Yarn Twister, Inflow Twister, Online Ring Winder, Online Ring Twister, Offline Ring Twister & Endless Rope Making machine are the Machine use to twist the Yarns / Tapes which has been Winded in Winder or online Twisters.
• 4. Packing Machine :-Machineries like Rope Coiling Machine, ball making machine, hank making machine & Heat Sinking packing are used for Final Packing and then sell to market.
