What types of plastic extrusion plants do you manufacture? +

Aawadkrupa Plastomech manufactures a complete range of plastic extrusion plants including monofilament extrusion plants, PET monofilament plants, mono and crushing danline plants, PET strap extrusion lines, PP tape fibrillating and raffia tape stretching plants, tape sutli extrusion plants, and PP non-woven fabric machines. We supply over 9 different extrusion plant categories.

What raw materials are used in your extrusion plants? +

Our extrusion plants process a wide variety of plastic raw materials including PP (polypropylene), HDPE, LDPE, PET, polyester, and recycled plastic granules. Each plant is engineered for the specific material and end-product (yarn, tape, strap, monofilament, or non-woven fabric).

What is the production capacity of your extrusion plants? +

Capacity varies by model. Our standard plants range from 100 kg/hour for small monofilament lines up to 1,500 kg/hour for high-output PP raffia and tape stretching plants. We can custom-design plants for your specific output requirements, from pilot scale to full industrial production.

Do you offer turnkey extrusion plant solutions? +

What certifications and quality standards do you follow? +

All our extrusion plants are built under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) certified processes. The machinery is CE certified for compliance with European safety standards. Aawadkrupa Plastomech is also a One Star Export House recognized by the Government of India.

Do you export extrusion plants internationally? +
