The APPL/PP-100 AC PP Tape Fibrillating Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around a 100 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 200 Kgs/Hrs. It is a higher-capacity model in our PP tape fibrillating range, suited to units that need substantially more output from a single production line.
The machine melts and extrudes polypropylene through a die to form a flat tape, which is then stretched and fibrillated in a hot air oven to produce fibrillated yarn. Steady extrusion performance keeps tape width and thickness consistent through the run, supporting reliable operation and predictable output.
