The APPL/PP-110 AC PP Tape Fibrillating Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around a 110 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 250 Kgs/Hrs. It is one of the larger models in our PP tape fibrillating range, suited to units running high-volume tape and fibrillated yarn production.
The machine melts and extrudes polypropylene through a die to form a flat tape, which is then stretched and fibrillated in a hot air oven to produce fibrillated yarn. Steady extrusion performance keeps tape width and thickness consistent through the run, supporting reliable operation and predictable output.
Controls are laid out for easy operation, so operators can set and repeat process parameters with minimal effort, and the mechanical layout keeps maintenance manageable. With efficient running, the model suits industrial applications such as bags, ropes, nets, geotextiles, carpet backing and industrial fabrics.
