If your resume is shortlisted you may be called for a face to face round of interview as and when our interview would be scheduled.

WRITTEN EXAMINATION
Written test shall be conducted for assessment the parameters like technical understanding, subjective knowledge, computer skills and others.

PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Your personal interview will be conducted by our panelists such as HR Head, relevant departmental head, and other concerns interviewers as well as Chief Executive if required. You may be required to appear for one or multiple rounds of interview depending on the post, nature and exigency of the requirement

Reference Check
If you clear above assessment rounds and reach at this stage then it is likely that you are one of the selected candidates and to proceed any further, we need to confirm your employment history, performance and work style.
Our team may contact your current or previous organization to verify your experience details and work behavior.

The specific background checks shall require for each role will be discussed with you as part of the process, but may consist of the following combination depending on the role applied for :-

• Qualification check
• Family background check
• Referance check
• Documents (Educational, ID & Address proof.)

Once the entire recruitment process is been completed we may issue your offer letter and will communicate your joining formalities.
