The APPL/RF-70 GF PP Raffia Tape Stretching Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around a 70 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 150 Kgs/Hrs. It is the entry model in our GF high-speed raffia range, suited to units that want a clear step up in output while keeping the plant footprint manageable.
The machine melts and extrudes polypropylene granules through a T die to form a flat tape, which is then drawn through the combined stretching and annealing section to build tensile strength. Steady extrusion performance keeps tape width and thickness consistent through the run, supporting reliable operation and predictable output.
