The APPL/RF-120 GF PP Raffia Tape Stretching Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around a 120 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 600 Kgs/Hrs. It is the largest model in our raffia range and carries the highest output of the line-up, suited to large-scale woven sack and packaging tape manufacturing.
The machine melts and extrudes polypropylene granules through a T die to form a flat tape, which is then drawn through the combined stretching and annealing section to build tensile strength. Steady extrusion performance keeps tape width and thickness consistent through the run, supporting reliable operation and predictable output.
PLC controls are laid out for easy operation, so operators can set and repeat process parameters with minimal effort, and the layout keeps maintenance manageable. With efficient running, the model suits industrial packaging applications such as woven sacks, bags, ropes, mats and agricultural covers.
