The APPL/RF-65 AC PP Raffia Tape Stretching Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around a 65 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 60 Kgs/Hrs. It is the compact model in our raffia range, suited to units starting PP raffia tape production or adding a smaller line.
The machine melts and extrudes polypropylene granules through a T die to form a flat tape, which is then drawn through the combined stretching and annealing section to build tensile strength. Steady extrusion performance keeps tape width and thickness consistent through the run, supporting reliable operation and predictable output.
PLC controls are laid out for easy operation, so operators can set and repeat process parameters with minimal effort, and the layout keeps maintenance manageable.
