The APPL / DL – 90 AC Mono Danline Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around a 90 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 150 Kgs/Hrs. It sits in the mid-to-upper part of our mono danline line-up, suited to units that need higher output without moving to the largest line.
Designed for mono danline production from HDPE and PP material, the machine is set up for steady extrusion performance, so the filament stays uniform through the run. The screw and barrel, AC variable frequency drive and downstream sections use durable components that support long working hours and reliable operation, while keeping day-to-day maintenance manageable.
