The APPL / DL – 110 AC Mono Danline Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around a 110 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 250 Kgs/Hrs. It is one of the larger models in our mono danline line-up, suited to manufacturers running high-volume rope production.
Designed for mono danline production from HDPE and PP material, the machine is set up for steady extrusion performance, so the filament stays uniform through the run. The screw and barrel, AC variable frequency drive and downstream sections use durable components that support long working hours and reliable operation, while keeping day-to-day maintenance manageable.
Controls are laid out for easy operation, letting operators set and repeat process parameters with minimal effort. With consistent output and efficient running, the model suits industrial applications such as ropes, twines, nets and agricultural, fishing and marine cordage.
