The APPL/PP-65 AC(Sutli) Tape Sutli Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around a 65 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 60 Kgs/Hrs. It is the compact model in our tape sutli range, suited to units starting sutli production or adding a smaller line.
The machine melts and extrudes polypropylene granules through a die to form round or flat sutli, which is then wound onto spools ready for dispatch. Steady extrusion performance keeps the string consistent in thickness and strength through the run, supporting reliable operation and predictable output shift after shift. The screw and barrel are built for long working hours.
PLC-HMI controls are laid out for easy operation, so operators can set and repeat process parameters with minimal effort, and the mechanical layout keeps maintenance manageable.
