The APPL/CDL–100 AC Crushing Danline Extrusion Plant from Aawadkrupa Plastomech Pvt. Ltd. is built around a 100 mm extrusion configuration and offers a production capacity of 200 Kgs/Hrs. It is the largest AC model in our crushing danline range, suited to units running high-volume recycling and danline production on a single line.
Designed for crushing danline production, the machine processes crushed and recycled plastic material and holds steady extrusion performance, so output stays consistent through the run. The screw and barrel, AC variable frequency drive and downstream sections use durable components that support long working hours and reliable operation, while keeping day-to-day maintenance manageable.
Controls are laid out for easy operation, letting operators set and repeat process parameters with minimal effort. With efficient day-to-day running, the model suits industrial applications where recycled plastic is converted into danline for ropes, twines and similar products.
